- 2 cups sacchetti pasta stuffed with cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
Boil water in a large pot with salt.
Add sacchetti pasta and cook until tender.
Drain pasta with a strainer and keep aside.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic and cook until golden.
Pour in cream and milk, then stir.
Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
Add pasta to sauce and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
