Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Place a small saucepan on low heat.
  • Add butter and let it melt slowly.

  • Add vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
  • Whisk the sauce until smooth and blended.
  • Cook on low heat for three minutes.
  • Stir often so flavors mix well.
  • Taste and add salt if needed.
  • Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Serve warm with chicken, fries, or sandwiches.

Notes

  • Use Frank’s RedHot for best taste.
  • Add more butter for less spice.
  • Add more cayenne for extra heat.
  • Store sauce in the fridge for one week.
